Allstyle Retrofit provides its valued customers with a full 2-year warranty from the date of purchase on all products to be free of any manufacturing defects in material, quality, craftsmanship and finish.
The warranty is non-transferrable and only applies to the original purchaser.
The warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective item(s) only and does not cover issues such as: misuse, mishandling, abuse, negligence, alterations, extreme environmental conditions such as excessive exposure to low or high temperature and moisture conditions including sunlight/water/heat/cold, non-temperature controlled storage areas, poor handling, or installation.
The possibility of micro movement in the wood frame joinery causing hairline cracks is considered normal and accepted in the construction of wood doors and is not covered under the warranty policy.
Warped, twisted, or bowed doors are covered under the warranty when it exceeds the following tolerance:
Doors up to 24” in height: maximum bow = 1/16”.
Doors from 24” to 48” in height: maximum bow = 1/8”.
Doors from 48” to 72” in height: maximum bow = 1/4”.
*Doors, panels or any component over 72” are not warranted for warp. (This applies to wood doors only).
To submit a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide a written notice of claim with 5 days of the receipt of the order and support the claim with any photos or images possible. The defective product is to be returned to the manufacturer’s location. Any packaging and shipping costs incurred to transport the components to and from the manufacturer shall be paid for by the customer.
Coverage of this warranty includes the necessary recovery efforts by Allstyle Retrofit and shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any component proved to be defective under normal use and care. It is understood that the manufacturer’s liability does not exceed the value of the original purchase price of the components claimed under the warranty policy. Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be liable for any and all cost incurred, whether it be direct or indirect incurrence including, but not limited to; installation cost, contractor fees, project delays or otherwise.
